Doing things cost effective is GREAT don’t get me wrong but the excursion is a perfect example of the extra customer service you get when you’re at the more luxurious/high-end establishments…. The lack of communication regarding cancellation, scheduling, etc. is sorely wanting and they didn’t offer you any alternatives due to the weather - very very sad trip 😢😢😢

Latvia is a great place to live. Safe, beautiful, cheap enough and friendly. Im proud of my folks to have kept it so nice and clean and modern. Malachi. Especially Riga. Latvia is very small and population is 1.89mill. Winters are full of snow, and summers are very hot.
